If the customised garments that you receive are materially different to the ones that you designed online; if the products are materially flawed; if they are not received when we promise them, then we have not provided you with the high level of service that you should otherwise expect and you may return the goods for a full refund. All that we ask is that, prior to returning your order, you notify Shirtlab in writing within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order.

Note: The only aspect of our online designer that falls outside of our Money Back Guarantee are colours. Due to the fact that computer screens can be calibrated differently, colours (such as garment colours and customisation colours) can also sometimes differ. If you are at all in doubt or concerned about this please contact our sales team and we will be more than happy to send you a colour swatch of any of our garments.
