Screen Printing and t-shirt printing
Screen printing, commonly known as t-shirt printing uses special inks, squeezed through a mesh to produce a printed design onto an item of clothing. Each colour within the design uses a different mesh, or screen. This means the set-up time demands that our minimum quantity for this process is 6 garments per design. However, these garments do not have to all be the same - they can be different styles, colours and sizes. Embroidery Services
Embroidery is the process or creating a design or logo on an item of clothing using coloured cotton thread. It produces a very prestigeous result and is ideally suited to heavier garments such as polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, fleeces and jackets. Some t-shirts also work well for embroidery but we recommend a heavier t-shirt for best results. Minimum embroidery orders are for 6 garments or more.

Digital Printing
The future for customised clothing! Digital Printing produces a high quality, high resolution print onto 100% cotton or cotton rich garments. It is our preferred method of customisation onto single or low voloume garment orders (under 6 items). Many of our competitors use a method called heat press or heat transfer prints to undertake low number orders. Whilst this method is adequate, digital printing produces a much higher quality print which is much more resilient and hard-wearing. Its a great process for producing one-off gifts, a slogan t-shirt or customised garments for a small group. Start Designing Now!

Currently our design lab only has polo shirts, some work shirts and jackets in this respect (but we are adding products all the time), but if you cannot find what you are looking for just call us on 0800 1072144. Bespoke clothing service
At Shirtlab our garment customisation is not just limited to t-shirt printing and embroidered logos. With only a minimum order requirment of 250 garments, we are able to provide a full bespoke garment service. Would you like polo shirts with your exact corporate colours?
